Jam the Batter, a new kettle sour that we are super excited about.
Jam the Batter is brewed with a base of oats and lactose to create a creamy, semi-sweet body.
The kettle souring process adds a light acidity which is complemented by heaps of blackberry puree and some incredible Madagascar vanilla beans.
The result is a complex blend of sweet and sour with delicious berry flavor at the forefront.
